The Application

The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service will begin accepting applications for deferred action on Wednesday, August 15, 2012. If you are applying for deferred action, it is recommended that you weigh the risks and benefits of the process, take the time to collect important documents that will help your application, and seek legal assistance.

The total filing fee for the above documents is $465.
